I just placed an online order. What happens next?
Thank you for your order! Now that your order has been confirmed, be on the lookout for an email from us within a couple of days that will assign you a delivery date. On your day of delivery, you will receive and email and text update on our eta along with a tracking link to see where our driver is. Due to increased Covid safety measures, please meet our driver outside of your building to take delivery of your new plants. We will not be entering any residences or buildings at this time.
Can I send a plant as a gift for a special occasion on a specific date?
The answer is yes! In the special delivery instructions, please specify the day you need something delivered on. Order must be placed by 5pm CST the day prior to delivery to avoid rush delivery fee.
How do I get a plant delivered to my home or office?
You can order directly through our website! We take all major credit cards!
Will my plant look like the one in the picture?
Yes! All of the plants we deliver are tall and fully grown as seen in the pictures and fall within the height range noted on each plant description. Every plant is unique and will have slight variations in markings, tone, color, and shape. Our drivers love plants and treat these plants as if they were their own. We deliver full grown, healthy plants!
How much is delivery?
We offer free delivery to Chicago, IL addresses and $25 flat rate to the Chicago Suburbs. Orders over $200 Ship free to Chicago Suburbs. We currently only service the Chicago Metropolitan Area.
Do you ship via USPS/FEDEX/UPS/DHL/?
All of our items are larger than what other online retailers offer as “large/XL” plants and we believe strongly in delivering a quality product by hand, that is never mishandled, left out in the cold/heat, or shut in a box for 3-5 days. So, No. We do not offer shipping via mail carriers and do not plan on it bc we believe it will sacrifice the quality and limit the size of product we are able to offer.
How long does it take for my plant to arrive to my home?
Please allow up to 7 days to receive your new plants.
